Kubernetes Platform Engineering

Cluster design, upgrades and multi-tenant setups that hold up in production.

We design, build and operate Kubernetes platforms on whichever distribution fits your constraints — self-managed or fully managed, on the cloud you already run on or on bare metal. That includes multi-tenant cluster architecture, zero-downtime upgrade paths, and dedicated disaster-recovery clusters for workloads that can't afford downtime.

What's included

  • Cluster architecture and multi-tenant design
  • Self-managed or managed Kubernetes distributions
  • Zero-downtime upgrade strategy
  • Disaster-recovery clusters across providers
  • Network, storage and ingress design
  • Documentation and runbooks for your team

What you get

01

Clusters designed for your constraints

Topology, sizing and tenancy decided up front, based on your workloads, budget and compliance requirements.

02

Upgrades without downtime

A tested upgrade path, so staying current never means a maintenance window your customers notice.

03

Recovery you've actually rehearsed

Disaster-recovery clusters and restore procedures that are exercised regularly, not just documented.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with managed Kubernetes or self-hosted clusters?

Both. We pick the distribution that fits your constraints — a managed service from your cloud provider, or self-managed clusters on cloud or bare metal — and design the platform around it.

Can you take over an existing Kubernetes cluster?

Yes. Most engagements start with an audit of what's already running, followed by a plan to stabilize, document and improve it without a risky rebuild.

Do we need Kubernetes at all?

Not always. If a simpler setup serves your workloads better, we'll say so during discovery — Kubernetes is a tool, not a goal.
